MENTOR kick-off meeting took place in Paris on 21st January 2025.

The objective of the meeting was to officially launch the project with all the participants. It was divided into two parts. The first part was in a hybrid mode (on-site, at Institut Necker Enfants Malades in Paris Paris and online via a Zoom link).

For the first part, one of the main goals was to present an overview of the project among others the work packages structure as well as the main objectives and the different committees set for MENTOR. Another important goal of the first part was to present the monitoring of the project and the guidelines that must be followed.

The second part of the meeting consisted of a collaborative discussion focused on the publication of the job offers for the future doctoral candidates, as well as the pre-selection and final selection processes. This session was exclusively in-person and has not been recorded. The objective was to write down and discuss the best strategy to attract top-quality applications.
